Submitted by : Abhishek Kumar (MSc _IWRM Candidate)  18.1)  There is no change on the oscillations, that is it still oscillates quite specifically for a reason that we have  not altered the lag time neither we played with the growth rate. Although changing these two  parameter could have dampened or even over dampened the oscillations.  The snapshot is provided as under:  All the three parameters in the graph below seems to be behaving in a cyclical pattern, because of the  delays. 

 

                               

18.2) The graph below shows that all the three parameters overshoot due to the presence of lag time in  trainees, which in a way increased the overall delay by adding into the previously present lag time.  Since, higher the delays higher the oscillations but still the oscillations are not dampened.

 

 

    18.3) Longer delay makes the system more volatile i.e. the peaks/ amplitudes in order of their  magnitudes are training delays 0.5
