CASE NO.1
THE SPINSTER

Miss Valencia, 25, is the secretary to the General Managers of the International Reality Co. She is the daughter of the one of the largest stockholders in the corporation.
Because she comes from a wealthy family, Miss Valencia tends to be aloof from the rest of the employees. She carries an air of superiority over her colleagues,
To make thing worse, she has the same feeling towards callers and visitors, many of whom have on more than one occasion complained about her snooty habits and snobbishness.
Definitely, she is a liability of the Company. Not a few customers have decided to shift to other companies because of the arrogance of the secretary to the General Manager, with whom they have dealings whenever they have to see the boss.
The personnel Department is undecided as to what should be done. The Assistant Personnel Manager feels Miss Valencia should be separated from the service; the Personnel Manager, however, is afraid that his own position would be endangered should he make such a decision, since Miss Valencia is a daughter of a large stockholder.
Some member of the staff are willing to accept Miss Valencia's weakness, philosophically, since they argue, she is well on the way to becoming a spinster and spinsters are generally irritable.


MAIN PROBLEM:
The secretary of a general manager have a bad human relation to their employees and customers.
Specific problems:
The secretary of the general manager is the daughter of the largest stock holder, so that the top managers can't decide what to do to their secretary manager.
Some of their customers are shifting to the other companies.
The image of the company will become worse, because there is a lot of complain to the secretary manager.
They will having a business operation problems, because they can't control the secretary manager, because she is the daughter of the largest stock holder.
The personnel manager can't perform his/her obligations to the company because they are afraid to the secretary manager (daughter of the largest stock holder).
There is possibility the company will have problem too to the other stock holders.
There is a possibility the other member of the company will resign because of the attitude of their secretary manager.
The members of the company doesn't have good relationships to their secretary manager.



Objectives:

To build good human relation to their customers.
To keep the loyalty of their customers.
The top managers should perform their task very well.
Hire a good secretary manager.
The managers should have a good human relation.
Always treat right the customer in order to have more customers.
Promote good human relation to all members of the corporation.
Areas of consideration:
The secretary of the general manager even she is the daughter of the largest stock holders, she should perform and treat right others.
The top managers should decide for the good of the company, because they have the rights to decide too.
Have an apology to those customers that was not treated right by their secretary manager.
They should talk to the family of the secretary manager to her performance, so that they can fix the problems as soon as possible.
The General Manager should give some advice to his/her secretary for the good of the corporation.
The top managers should have a meeting and talk about how they can fix the problems with their Secretary General Manager.
The family of the Secretary General Manager should not allow her daughter to continue that kind of attitude.

MAIN SOLUTION:
The main solution of the problem to the Secretary General Manager of the Corporation is to hire much better and deserving Secretary General Manager. Because if they will not replace their Secretary General Manager they will continuing making a problems to everyone specially to the customers. Although the current Secretary General Manager is the daughter of the largest stockholder, the top management should talk to the family and explain the problems to their daughter. Stockholders doesn't want to lose their customer, because of the Secretary General Manager. The organization should decide for the all of everybody and not tolerate the wrong doing. And in organization everybody should apply a good human relations to each other especially to all the customer, in order to build a customer's loyalty and gain more customers. If the top Managers did not perform well their obligation they will face a relationship problems to everybody. So that if you hired as a Manager you should do your best and respect each other.



RECOMMENDATION:
I therefore recommend before they hire employees they should train their employee on how to have good human relation to everybody. They should always apply the golden rule says "do not do unto others, what other you don't want to do unto to you". Having a good human relation will have a good and positive result in business operation, because if you have good human relation all your employees will motivate to do their task and if they did their task very well you will a customer loyalty. I also recommend that the top managers should communicate even to the low position of the organization, if one organization have a strong good human relation that is one key of their success. A good human relation should apply anywhere f you want to treat right by other you should treat them right too. Last one is the good human in the Company starts to all top Management, in order to have a good role model to all employees under the organization, because if the top management doesn't have any human relation the organization will having a problem to each other.
