President Shevchuk and Prime Minister Turanskaya, Re: immediate cessation of covert depopulation measures Transnistria was forced into the Global Depopulation Policy in 1960, during its days as Soviet Moldova, and the total fertility rate decreased from 3.6 children per woman to just 1.3 to date. This drop in fertility was accomplished as elsewhere in the Soviet Union through water fluoridation, which was practiced nationwide from 1960 to 1990. Since the dissolution of the USSR in 1991, the people’s fertility is undermined, as throughout the European Union, by chronic poisoning with endocrine disruptors (primarily fluoride and BPA) inserted in food, bottled water, and beverages either directly or through plastic packaging. You are a new nation, so new in fact that you have yet to be internationally recognized, and have the chance to start anew and to abandon the cancerous methods of population control devised by the Allied Powers at the end of World War II and imposed on the world through the agency of the United Nations in the name of international peace and security. These methods are devastating human health and degrading the genetic and intellectual endowment of mankind. These methods constitute genocide. And these methods are no longer necessary because the world is now fully aware of the threat of overpopulation and people are perfectly capable of exercising control over their own reproduction and limiting it to replacement level fertility safely and justly.
