Simulation techniques in the process training of staff as part of a complex system

The training of employees of any company is indispensable since most of the time of this improving skills and knowledge depends on the success of the areas in which improvement approach.
The training is mandatory as well as for private companies and the public ones , but always the application of this differs between the two either for lack of budget of one of those and the bad planning for this improvement, often it is not very well quantified and therefore the results can´t be measured in a successfully way so this is the reason it seem as an expense and not an investment in the medium and long term, resulting in the stagnation of productive area. It is therefore very important to follow the training process for each and every employee of the company so as executive and non-executive employees, and for this are handled different ways of training depending on the needs of the company and the employee , some examples are when the person is new to the job and an experienced employee teaches you how you should do some homework or using any machine, skills and knowledge update to an employee who is already part of the company for the purpose of improving their job and level of resposibility.
The results in most of the occasions are expected after a training within the work area, out of this in a sort of classroom or in a simulated space are; promote knowledge, increase productivity, fill vacancies, update knowledge, improve performance, achievement of objectives, skills development, among others. The correct application and measurement of these trainings have to do with the cost benefit when these will end because it is important that a continuous and accurate feedback is taken to analyze the progress of the employee.
