READING PARETO – NON-LOGICAL ACTION AND ELITE THEORY Pareto, one of the major theorists of classical sociology, argues that many of the human action are realized as non-logical. He says that some of the residues are found in background of this type of behavior which are legitimated by some derivatives. And he tells that some of the residues are also effective for circulation of the governing elite groups of society. Residues, which are the determinatives of non-logical behavior, are also helped to put forth his basic political theory.
