Conditions of Service: 1. General consultancy is a full package that covers the entire project. Clients would however be expected to give feedbacks from the original project supervisors 2. The company works with the best information available for a particular project. Clients are therefore encouraged to be honest with the information/data fed to the company 3. The company shall not accept liability of late submission of project/thesis report when work is done on normal timing basis 4. Clients shall as a matter of relevance contract the company in two clear months, in the least, before deadlines of projects 5. The company shall only work under strict and limited timelines upon agreed contract terms and arrangements 6. Since the company has a hallmark of excellent work delivery, the company shall spend enough time to produce the best reportage for clients, free from plagiarism and any sort of academic injustice 7. Clients would be expected to make part payment of 70% of the agreed contract sum after which the rest of the 30% shall be paid after completion of the work 8. Payments shall only be made into the company’s accounts details or by Cheque in which case the name of the company shall be written on the cheque 9. Under no circumstance should clients make cash payments to any of the staff of the company Refund Policy: 1. Ideally there shall not be any refund on the initial 70% payment 2. Refund can only be done when the work has not been fully executed 3. In case of a refund, clients shall loose 20% of the amount paid Confidentiality Policy: The company, understanding the need for effective work environment and data protection law, shall strive to make private and confidential all documents submitted or uncovered during a particular project. Such information shall be made public only upon a written consent from clients. The company shall, however, not be liable for leakage of information from the side of clients after details of work has been handed over.
