A INSEGURANÇA NA ERA DA INFORMAÇÃO – A ASCENSÃO DO CONTROLE PENAL

The present article aims to analyze the emergence of the Information Age inside the liquid modernity and how it favored the construction of the idea of insecurity, which, related to the so-called risks of Modernity, allied itself to the New Criminal Policies guided by the expansion of Criminal Control by surveillance and management of groups of risks.
