ABSTRACT AYU NOVELISA. The Impact of Agrarian Reform to Changes in the Agrarian Structure In Rural (Land Redistribution Case in Curug Village, Distric Jasinga, Bogor Regency, West Java Province). Supervised by MARTUA SIHALOHO. Agrarian reform is a way to change the structure of agrarian society for the better. Changes affected by the implementation of agrarian reform is expected to improve the welfare of farmers. This study provide results regarding the implementation of agrarian reform settlement seen from the arrangement of asset and access. The main objective of this study is to see the impact of agrarian reform to changes in the agrarian structure. The study also aims to (1) knowing the arrangement of asset reform and access reform undertaken in the village waterfall as the implementation of agrarian reform; (2) analyze changes in the agrarian structure before and after the implementation of agrarian reform in the village waterfall; and (3) explain the relationship between access and change the structure of agrarian reform in the village of Curug after the implementation of agrarian reform. Study site provides an overview of the agrarian reform in the countryside so as to show the life of farming villages. The results show an assessment of the implementation of agrarian reform, changes in agrarian structure, and relations with the changing agrarian reform agrarian structure.
