Instrumental in the hiring of a tenure-track faculty member.
Conducted multi-phase curriculum review, freshened the curriculum, increased enrollment.

A mid-size Cleveland law firm –diversity and inclusion consultation and programming (2012-13).

Hispanic Alliance – designed and delivered a nine month leadership development program for alliance members (2010 -11).
Sysco Foodservice– conducted a Leadership Needs Analysis and training for District Sales Managers (2005-06).
Michigan State University (student enrollment: 47,000) - Provided leadership coaching and change management counsel to leaders; facilitated mergers of four internal units (2005 – 2009).
University of Michigan (student enrollment: 42,000) - conducted leadership development and coaching to the Life Sciences Institute Leadership team (2006).
Conducted Leadership coaching and needs analysis for assorted Cleveland and Ohio-based clients (e.g., Eaton, Ford Motor, Northern Ohio Minority Business Council and Honeywell) (2001-2003).
Ford Motor Co. Product Development (full-time: 1998-2001)
Provided leadership, organizational effectiveness coaching and consulting to an automotive product development team ($1 billion program), which was ethnically, racially, gender and functionally diverse, resulting in more effective leadership and alignment across the platform.
Provided formal and informal workplace mediation and on-going dispute resolution (manager-employee, manager-manager mediation) leading to improved working relationships, organizational effectiveness and engineering cost savings.
Developed recruitment criteria and hiring process for Team Effectiveness Coaches at Ford Motor Co.
1996 – 1998 – Consultant, Performance Consulting Group
Conducted needs analyses and recommendations for improved organizational functioning to industrial and public utility clients.
1993 – 1996 – Survey Manager, University of Michigan, Institute for Social Research
Recruited, interviewed, hired, trained and supervised several hundred people for academic survey research.
Managed longitudinal studies: Panel Study of Income Dynamics, the Consumer Sentiment Survey, Women's Health Survey, and Monitoring the Future in addition to supervising the day shift in the Telephone Survey Center.
