APONTAMENTOS SOBRE FETICHISMO EM TEMPOS DE FINANCEIRIZAÇÃO / NOTES ON FETISHISM IN THE ERA OF FINANCIALIZATION

Resumo A teoria do fetichismo de Karl Marx é minorizada ou negada por muitos estudiosos, inclusive marxistas. O intuito deste artigo é ratificar a importância dessa teoria na contemporaneidade, caracterizada pela predominância da esfera financeira. Para tanto, apresentamos elementos que reforçam que há mais continuidades que descontinuidades entre teoria da alienação e teoria do fetichismo em Marx, apontamos a estreita relação entre teoria do fetichismo e a categoria de trabalho abstrato e, por fim, avançamos para a argumentação de que, ao invés de negar, a financeirização se apresenta como a forma mais aprofundada do fetichismo. Palavras-chave: Financeirização. Fetichismo. Alienação. Trabalho abstrato. Abstract The Karl Marx's fetishism theory is diminished or denied by many intellectuals, including Marxists. The aim of this article is to confirm the importance of this theory in contemporary society, wich is characterized by the predominance of the financial sphere. Therefore, we present elements that reinforce that there are more continuities than discontinuities between theory of alienation and theory of fetishism in Marx pointed out the close relationship between theory of fetishism and abstract category of work. And, finally, I advance to the argument that, instead of denying, financialization itself is the deepest form of fetishism.
