Visa principalmente, explicitar noções introdutórias sobre o tema, contudo, sem se afastar da atualidade e importância da discussão sobre esse fenômeno social. Abordou, sobretudo, a origem histórica do fenômeno e buscou traçar, de forma breve, sua evolução temporal visando precipuamente, permitir ao leitor entender como essa infeliz falha no caráter humano, pode influenciar negativamente toda uma sociedade. Desta forma, visou compreender como tal fenômeno adquiriu tamanha relevância jurídica, política e sociológica. It aims, above all, to explain introductory notions on the subject, however, without departing from the actuality and importance of the discussion about this social phenomenon. He dealt with the historical origin of the phenomenon and sought to briefly outline its temporal evolution with the aim of enabling the reader to understand how this unfortunate fault in human character can negatively influence a whole society. In this way, it aimed to understand how such phenomenon acquired such legal, political and sociological relevance.
