Achievements:
Improved the overall engagement of finance personnel resulting in
improved efficiencies in the preparation and analysis of the
consolidated result;
Developed the business case and gained approval for the development
of a central Sales Reporting system for a better understanding and
analysis of Global sales Brands;
Upgraded Hyperion Financials which led to an improvement of
consolidation time from 5 to 3 days;

(Lithuania)

Reporting to the President Carlsberg Baltic (Estonia, Latvia, and
Lithuania) with responsibility for consolidation, analysis, reporting,
and strategic input for the region. Management of a centralised team
with responsibility for over 100 people in the finance organisation,
delivering on the cost optimisation agenda, strategy development, and
centralisation across functions.


Achievements:
Implemented SAP in Baltic Region (€2.5m) delivering a more
efficient and robust system and processes across the region;
Benchmark development gaining insights into each operation which
led to a reduction in production costs 8% in Estonia, 10% decrease
in distribution costs in Estonia and Latvia, and concentration of
production to the Lithuanian production plant;
Implemented a Baltic Shared Service for IT leading to a reduction
in operating costs of 30% and Capital Expenditure avoidance of
€1.2m;
Developed the Baltic Finance function switching focus from
accounting to analysis and insight within each country;
Acquisition opportunity assessment of a water company leading to
approval to negotiate;
Integrated a Belarusian acquisition into Carlsberg resulting in
growth of over 30% year over year.

Coca-Cola Hellenic (CCH) is the largest Coca-Cola franchise holder in
Europe selling, marketing, producing and distributing Coca-Cola franchise
