Conduct needs assessment exercises to assess training needs of program staff, target beneficiaries and partners
Design and develop training curriculum
Develop and coordinate trainings for field staff and target beneficiaries
Develop training to enhance value chain participant skills and knowledge to increase market competitiveness and productivity
Design and conduct trainings to enhance the skills and knowledge of value chain participants to increase their market competitiveness and productivity
Develop curriculum to build water user associations understanding water management/ conservation techniques.
Engage staff and grantees to design and deliver trainings on appropriate land uses techniques and development of culturable waste land.
Ensure training and communication strategies are accessible to all segments of society –women, youth, literate and illiterate, and with varying levels of access to technology
Build the knowledge and skills of farmers through integrated ICT activities in farmer training and extension.
Liaise with local government, academic institutions, training centers and other NGO partners to ensure stakeholder participation in activity design and implementation
Perform other related duties as assigned
