AbstractIt is not possible to elucidate the concept of human nature without getting into the concept of nature. The topos in which both concepts achieve its better expression is the one of natural law. We approach to it recovering the perspective of Ernst Bloch, since his is the only one that points out its utopian and emancipating potential.
