A The paper aims to study the evolution of rural credit resources provided by the National Program for Strengthening Family Agriculture (PRONAF) for the state of Paraná between 2000 and 2010. The research discuss the family farm income and crop yield of beans and maize farming family and verify the presence of spatial correlation and possible formation of clusters among municipalities producers of these crops under this mode of production in Paraná in 2006. The data used were collected from the BACEN, IBGE, and IPEADATA IPARDES. After a statistical analysis and description of the evolution of PRONAF, the average yield and productivity of crops of beans and corn in family farming, use has been made of the technique Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis (ESDA) to check as shown spatially distributed productivity bean and corn on the family farm establishments. The results demonstrate that PRONAF in Paraná has expansion in its amount and its spatial extent. It is found that the yield per hectare of agricultural establishments family is on average 1800 dollars per year, as well as crop yields of corn and beans are respectively of 1,015 and 3,633 kg / ha, but both variables have a high standard deviation. Finally, we identified spatial autocorrelation among counties, as crop yields of corn and beans in the form of family farming, as well as the formation of five clusters of productivity for each culture examined the state of Paraná, four high and a low productivity. Moreover, there was great similarity in the spatial location of clusters of both cultures. The  research concluded that PRONAF policy had  positive  effects on the  analyzed  crops and how effective and important  family farms were to agricultural production in Paraná.
