President Da Costa and Prime Minister Trovoada, Re: immediate cessation of covert depopulation measures São Tomé and Príncipe gained its independence from Portugal and became a UN member state in 1975, but did not join the Global Depopulation Policy until 1985 when the total fertility rate stood at 6.3 children per woman. There is no evidence that covert or involuntary methods of population control have been used, which is why the reduction in fertility is modest and the current total fertility rate stands at 4.7 children per woman. This means that you have protected your people from the genocidal methods of the UN and its western sponsors and for this, President Da Costa, you have my deepest respect. As the second smallest African country with a population that has tripled since 1960 and with 65% of your people under 24 years of age, São Tomé and Príncipe faces a population explosion and in one way or another it will have to bring down the total fertility rate to just two children per woman, the so-called replacement level fertility. The UN system will push you and eventually force you in insidious ways to begin poisoning your people with chemical and biological toxins in order to subvert their fertility, as it has done throughout the world since 1945 under the direction of the Allied Powers. Luckily for your people, I put an end to the genocidal methods encouraged by the UN by simply freeing the truth and breaking down the walls of secrecy, lies, deception and repression. Now I am in the process of forcing reform of the international order and the UN system so we can
free the world of genocide and protect our children from being chronically poisoned in their mothers’ wombs and for the rest of their lives. Since we cannot abandon population control without triggering famine, war and misery worldwide, the only option we have is to retire all covert methods and embrace overt methods so that people restrict their own fertility in safe ways of their own choosing. How we can accomplish this I explain in my just published and freely available book, The Future of Global Governance. I urge you to read it and to instruct your ambassador to the UN, Mr. Carlos Filomeno Agostinho das Neves, to initiate reform before the UN either kills or sickens us all. At the same time as the diplomatic channels are marshalled towards a system of peace without poison, you must begin educating your people so they know what is expected of them and why and they have the knowledge necessary to restrict their own fertility as their responsibility towards peaceful coexistence, environmental health and the wellbeing of future generations. This year, the international community will embark upon sustainability once world leaders agree on the terms in Addis Ababa, New York and Paris. There can be no sustainability without depopulation and decarbonization, and there can be no success without abandoning genocide as the method of depopulation.
