General provisions and lines on an analysis of Law No. 12,846 / 2013 , which provides administrative and civil liability of legal persons for committing acts against the public administration , in which there is to behold and have a general schedule of the legal framework on the application disposed of due sanctions in the face of acts detrimental to the bids , the very piercing the corporate veil , the leniency agreement , and the proper prescription of punishment of any violations , and particularly the instances of independence regime for the purpose of criminality as provided in Articles 3, 18 and 30 , which enables the double penalty for the same wrongful act .Keywords: Administrative Responsibility , Public Administration, Punishment , Legal Entities
