The commission that is shown on Frontend is based on PayPer Lead Configuration in backend, so when you leave the commission 50% in this field, and the commission for your program is 10% >> the commission displays on frontend is = 50%x10% = 5%.
So, if you want the frontend commission is 10%, you must set the commission in Payper Lead configuration 100%.
