Executive Summery Every day, nearly eight million customers are served around the world. KFC’s menu everywhere includes Original Recipe chicken made with the same great taste Colonel Harland Sanders created more than a half-century ago. KFC started their business in Bangladesh since 2006 under the franchise contract by Transcom Foods Limited (TFL). Now KFC has seven outlets in Bangladesh. Day by day their business is growing rapidly though there are some challenges. Still there are some scopes for the expansion of the business of KFC. In this project report, I am trying to find the secret behind the business success of KFC by analyzing the business strategies followed by KFC. I am also seeking to find out the possible challenges and suggestion, recommendation. I believe that KFC will be succeeded to run their business for a longer period in Bangladesh.
