Note to Academia

I am not happy about being forced to upload information that I have
no idea how it will be used. I have written papers that are not available
online and I do not have a current copy on this hard drive. I hope this
will let me just look at the paper of interest already. There was not even
an abstract available without making me jump through hoops first. There
should be an easier way.
