Our dual aspect, monistic world
The world. according to Leibniz and Plotinus, is One, but can be seen at the same time through two aspects or perspectives (the mental-quantum and physical), which fold about the synchronic axis of time.
1) The mental-quantum aspect is timeless and spaceless and changeless. Probabilistic, mathematical, potential. Mind, not brain. It is Kant's "a priori", the given. In this aspect the platonists and quantum mechanists are right.
2) The physical aspect contains the material world of particles moving in space and time. The actual world. The brain, not mind. In this aspect the materialist world of science is right.
