ART PALACE COMPLEX PROJECT

ART PALACE COMPLEX PROJECT Location: Erbil-Iraq Finished in 2002 A Large cultural Building of Multi Activities for Art Professionals uses, the build area was (2500 m2) on a total Area of site (9600m2). The project consists of two multi story buildings, two large multi Purposes halls, two story Gallery hall and near to 60 different rooms. In addition of open theater ,gardens and car parking .

GENERAL D I R E C T O R AT E OF TRAFFIC Location: Erbil-Iraq Finished in 2006 The Project was built on a Site area about(7000m2) and the net Building Area is (3000m2). Consist of : A) Main Traffic Building in two floors was included of several Administration departments, a big Multi purpose Hall , Services Rooms and Cafeteria . B) Building for Car Board Manufacturing. C) Building for Control and Information. D) Building for Guards

NASHWAN COMMERCIAL BUILDING

N A S H WA N COMMERCIA L BUILDING Location : Erbil-Iraq Finished in 2010 Area : Site area=320m2 Building area=1920m2 Consist of Six Floors : One basement had been used as a Main Store . Ground Floor and First Floor have been used as a show hall. Second, third and Fourth Floor used as a Motel town Building.

Location : Erbil –Iraq Finished in 2016 Area : Land area=1420m2 Building area=7100m2 Consist of Five Floors : Basement : Part of it have been used as a main Store which is other part was used for Restaurant kitchen and Sweets factory.. Ground Floor: divided for Two Department one for big Restaurant and other for Sweets. In addition there's waiting area for above floors of hotel. First, second and third floors: have been used as a Hotel.

3- Motels Buildings :

Location : Sulaimaniya-Iraq

Type (A): Consist of Three Floors Each Floors contains (4) apartments.

Proposal Study Site area =7720 m2

Ground Area=340 m2 Building Area=1250 m2 Type (B): Consist of Three Floors Each Floors contains (4) apartments.

Consist of : 1- Supermarket Building: Building Area=360 m2 Basement : used as a Main Store and car parking.

Ground Floor: used as a Supermarket.

Ground Area=190 m2 Building Area=750 m2

First Floor: used as restaurant and Cafeteria.

In addition the project contains of many areas are using for Gardens ,Lake, Open area and Car Parking

2- Typical Bath rooms and Rest area : Building Area=820 m2 It’s placed in basement under the garden have been used used as open Cafeteria, behind the super market

CITY GAME COMPLEX PROJECT

CITY GAME COMPLEX PROJECT Location : Basra Governorate-Iraq Proposal study Site area =8400 m2 Consists of: 1- Restaurant & Cafeteria: Area =700 m2 2- Speed Center : Area =9800 m2 3- Administration : Area =120 m2 4- Games Hall : Area =2000 m2 5- Tennis Play Yard : Area =3200 m2 6- Administration : Area =120 m2 7- Generator, Service and Water Treatment Room: Area =1500 m2 8- Car Parking : Area =11000 m2 * In addition the project is including a wide area with many kind of games ,lake, fountain and open area.
