Prepare the Schedule for all phases of Project like PHASE 1-
Identify & Assess Opportunities, PHASE 2A & 2B-Select Alternative
& Freeze Scope, PHASE 3-Develope Alternatives, PHASE 4-Execute.
Develop Scoping schedule for Phase 1, 2A and 2B which are
conceptual phases.
Develop Detail schedule for Phase 3 which is FEED phase.
