Situation: After considering all business aspects we have decided to rent an office in Towson area for our primary location. We have chosen Towson because the area is where we mainly provide service.
Objective: Having a primary location:
Helps employees and the business to become more organized.
Allows us to monitor employees and the number of hours they work.
Action: Search for an office that goes best with our situation and what the business needs. The office we need for this business needs to be between 800 to 1000 square feet with at least 3 office spaces. The office also needs to be close to most of the shopping centers.
We also need to determine the budget we can spend on the rental.
Media: The Royston Building is our first choice. The building is located at 102 W Pennsylvania Ave
Towson, MD 21204. The main advantage this location has to other properties is that it is close to Safeway, Weis Markets, Trader Joe's, Shopper, Mars Super Market Inc. and many other grocery markets. Please note that the decision on this property is not finalized.
Schedule: We have to have an office by April 20, 2016 so we can start on the projects listed bellow.
May 5, 2016: Begin the interviewing process.
May 30, 2016: Orientation day.
June 2, 2016: First advertising (Flying blimp).
June 5, 2016: First day of work.
