Responsibilities :
1. Communicating and managing customer relationships.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with local clients and foreign clients.
3. Keep the marketing database up-to-date.
4. Compose and manage emails ensuring the correct formatting is in place .
5. Create internet ads.
6. Follow up responses.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and develop existing and new customers using ethical sales methods, ensuring Raptors value proposition and return on investment are effectively communicated and apparent.
Design business solutions for prospective new accounts.
Diligently seek to understand the customers needs; clearly demonstrate and articulate how Raptors industry leading products and services meet and exceed those needs, ensuring ease of business.
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities while developing sales strategies and promotions to ensure competitive edge.
Respond to and follow-up on leads, inquiries, proposals, and customized requests in a timely fashion.
Aggressively seek to meet performance goals and targets, in accordance with official sales associate performance standards.
Represent Raptor at outside events (i.e., association meetings, trade shows, conferences etc.)

ANZ
Conduct daily & weekly planning of prospecting/sales executive in order to reach target and acquire new signature priority customer.
A. call – introduction and appointment scheduling
B. Visit – product and services presentation
C. Follow Up –determine interest level and closing the deal
Develop strong networks and relationship with prospective clients
All sales activities must be done in compliance with company and government regulation and policies

Menganalisis bentuk kontrak/perjanjian yang telah ada sebelumnya sebagai referensi dalam pembuatan kontrak/perjanjian standard Business Development yang bersifat rutin.
Menganalisis data atau fakta-fakta di lapangan terkait kebutuhan jasa hukum eksternal sebagai dasar maupun referensi dalam pembuatan term and condition untuk pengadaan jasa hukum eksternal sesuai dengan lingkup fungsi Legal Counsel.
Responsible to monitor tender process and to ensure the whole package of tender successfully submitted.
Introducing and promoting company's service to all potential customers.
Maintain good relationship to customers.
Prepare company's material promotion, such as publishing advertorial, preparing promotion brochure
Do correspondence and administration related to business development department
